Custom Pipe & Fabrication Welcomes Erin Mayer to Support Growth of Steel & Specialty Fabrication
Anaheim, CA — [Friday, August 28th, 2026] Custom Pipe & Fabrication, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Erin Mayer to its Waterworks team in a new role focused on developing and growing the company’s steel and specialty fabrication offerings. Mayer brings eight years of experience in the waterworks industry, with much of her career focused on steel. Her background includes leadership across steel fabrication, operations, quality control, purchasing, supply chain, project management, and customer support. During her previous roles, she oversaw the fabrication of carbon and stainless-steel piping systems and developed quality control and compliance programs supporting steel fabrication operations.
In her new role, Mayer will work closely with Custom Pipe & Fabrication’s branches, sales teams, and operations personnel to identify opportunities to expand the company’s steel and specialty fabrication capabilities and provide additional solutions for customers. “We continue to look for opportunities to expand our capabilities and provide greater value to our customers,” said Tim Ballengee, Custom Pipe’s VP of Sales & Marketing. “Erin brings a strong combination of waterworks knowledge, steel fabrication experience, and operational leadership. We are excited to have her on the team and believe she will play a vital role as we continue developing this part of our business.”
